Synergetic Myofascial Therapy Certification -

Level 1

In this 25 hour three day certification you will learn a step by step 3 series of myofascial body work covering the whole body. We will learn how to work superfiscial soft tissues in preparation for work in deeper muscles such as Iliopsoas, Quadratus Lumborum, Scalenes, "Rotator Cuff" and more.

Hands on applications are combined with active therapeutic movements by the client to improve the effectiveness of the work. This will allow the therapist to use less pressure and cause less discomfort and post session soreness for the client. A postural assessment will be used to learn how to read the clients body, and have a better idea of where to apply hands on techniques. A lesson manual with pictures of techniques will be supplied.

Session one includes the front body, seated back work and supine neckwork. Session two includes the side body, back work and neck work.

Session three includes the whole back of body and neck.
